Extension Services Provided by Transform Designs

We have undertaken many extension projects for our customers. We have produced all the architects drawings, specifications (Completed to OUR customers requirements - Not what someone thinks they want or need!!), recommended or appointed Structural engineers when needed and recommended a competent and qualified CDM Co-ordinator when required. We have arranged the planning application; contacted Buildng Control and rectified any amendments they may require and built the extension on time and within the budget.

As you will see from the logo's on the bottom of each page, Transform Designs Ltd has been approved by Constructionline (Pre-qualified supplier of construction services) since October 2008, accredited with CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) since November 2008 and have been members of the Federation of Master Builders since July 2006; giving you total peace of mind.
